Which data we process

  • Reservations: your name, contact details and the details of your reservation, processed through our reservation system Zenchef.
  • Gift vouchers: your name, email address, any personal message and, when a physical card is shipped, your address details. Payment is handled by Mollie.
  • Contact: the details you send us when you email or call.
  • Website: technical data and, only with your consent, statistics about how the site is used.

What we use it for

We use your data to process your reservation, to create and send your gift voucher, to answer your questions and to improve our website. We never process more data than necessary and we never sell your data to third parties.

Sharing with third parties

We work with a number of parties that process data on our behalf, such as Zenchef for reservations, Mollie for payments, PostNL for shipping physical gift vouchers and our hosting and email provider. We have made agreements with these parties about the careful and secure processing of your data.

Retention periods

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires us to. Payment and administrative data are kept in line with the statutory retention period.

Cookies

Our site uses functional cookies to work properly, and analytics or marketing cookies only if you give your consent. You can change your choice at any time through your cookie preferences.

Your rights
